Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mini Blender Muffins – gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, dairy-free, oil-free, refined sugar-free…. So delicious!! Couldn't be easier to whip up. Instead of mini muffins, I made 6 regular sized muffins. Baked at 400 degrees for 24 minutes.
