Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mini Blender Muffins – gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, dairy-free, oil-free, refined sugar-free…. So delicious!! Couldn't be easier to whip up. Instead of mini muffins, I made 6 regular sized muffins. Baked at 400 degrees for 24 minutes. They taste like peanut butter banana bread and it blows my mind that there isn't flour of any kind in them. Amazing! Source by maureensg
